How is a research agent different from asking ChatGPT?
A chat answer is one model’s best guess. A research agent searches, reads the actual sources, checks claims against each other and cites every one, inside a process you can repeat and audit.
Can it use our own data as well as the web?
Yes. It can combine public sources with your CRM, documents or databases, using only the access its task needs.
