Common questions
Are you an n8n agency?
We are an AI automation studio that builds in n8n when it fits and in custom code when it does not. That way the tool follows the process, not the other way round.
Should we self-host n8n or use n8n Cloud?
Self-hosting gives more control over data, and over cost at volume; n8n Cloud means less to maintain. We recommend one based on your data, team and budget, and can set up either.
Can you fix or extend workflows someone else built?
Yes. We start by reviewing what exists, document it, fix the fragile parts and then extend it.
Can n8n workflows use AI models?
Yes. n8n has AI steps for language models, and we use them to classify messages, extract data from documents and draft text, with an approval step wherever the output leaves the business.
